I hereby authorize the Hebrew University to ask for and receive from any institution and/or body all my grades, whether already published or not yet published, including grades from matriculation examinations, psychometric examinations, academic studies, diploma studies, etc. I hereby waive any confidentiality claims against any institution and/or body that provides such grades to the University.
I hereby give my consent for information about my academic achievements to be provided to the National Institute for Testing and Evaluation, for research purposes.
I hereby declare that the details provided on this form, including accompanying documentation, are correct and complete, and that I have read the
Terms for Use of Computing and Networking Resources.
I hereby declare that if I am accepted to study at the Hebrew University, I will comply with all the University’s instructions, policies, and regulations, and will pay the appropriate tuition fees at the set times.
I hereby give permission to the University to include my name in lists of courses, students, and former students which are published by the University, and to confirm my status as an alumnus of the University. I understand that once I complete my studies, my details will be retained in the University’s alumni database.
I am aware that the Hebrew University receives requests from time to time from local authorities and from various institutions, organizations, and potential employers for personal information about me relating to my admission to the University or to my studies at the University, for purposes that by their nature may be of assistance to me, including benefits, scholarships, and offers of employment.
I hereby authorize the University to provide and receive such information about me as described above, to and from such bodies.
I am aware that the University is entitled to use the data I provide for mailing purposes relating to various topics, such as suggestions of study programs, various academic activities, cultural and leisure activities, questionnaires and surveys, and information and marketing content from the Alumni Association, and for the receipt of advertising content, marketing proposals, and various benefits, via email, text messages, social media platforms, and any other means of communication. The University and the Alumni Association will be entitled to share information about me with other bodies acting on their behalf for the purposes stated above. These bodies are obligated to confidentiality requirements and to ensuring data protection. I am aware that I am entitled to remove myself from mailing lists at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link on mails I receive, or by changing the definitions for receiving marketing mails in my Personal Account on the University website.
*To remove any doubt, it should be noted that the University will still be entitled to contact me using the contact information I have provided, regarding general issues relating to University activities, my academic studies, payments and debts, emergency, and security situations, and queries I submit to the University and/or to its service centers.
